Tony has over 25 years of experience in construction and project management. His expertise spans everything from large, high-end headquarters first-generation finish-outs, and complex ground-up developments to small office renovations. Tony and his team bring a level of leadership, discipline, and attention to detail that ensures every project is delivered with excellence.
Kevin Ford
Project Manager
With 16 years of Project Management experience, Ford brings a wealth of expertise in interior office construction, estimating, and constructability. A fixture in the Austin scene throughout his career, Ford has cultivated extensive relationships in the local market. His skill set is accompanied by a solid foundation—a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from the University of Houston. Outside the world of blueprints, he enjoys the thrill of hunting, the tranquility of fishing, the camaraderie of watching college football, and the satisfaction of working on cars. A true craftsman, both in and out of the construction realm.
Ryan Grotzinger
Project Manager
A seasoned Project Manager with 12 years of experience, Ryan specializes in Core and Shell office construction and Tenant Improvement Work. His proficiency extends across all project management services including budgeting and scheduling. A proud alumnus of Texas A&M University, Ryan's commitment to excellence is evident in his approach to construction management. Outside the project realm, Ryan transforms into a golf enthusiast, a disc golfer, and scuba diving adventurer during his downtime!
Miles Autry
Project Manager
Miles brings 7 years of industry experience, evolving from a general laborer to an accomplished estimator and project manager for a general contractor. Specializing in tenant construction and build-to-suit work, Miles holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Texas A&M, with a minor in business, showcasing a well-rounded skill set and commitment to excellence. He is also a member of the Real Estate Council of Austin. During his free time, Miles enjoys being in or around the water with his wife and two dogs. Catch him swimming, wakeboarding, or surfing in those moments of aquatic bliss.
